Tutorial: How to Set up New RogueValleyYFC dot org email address in Outlook:

First Open Outlook and click Tools>E-mail Accounts...

Click add a new e-mail account as shown above then click next...

Check the POP3 Radio dial as shown above then click next...

Fill out all info as shown above, "Your Name" is how your mail will show up "from" in others mail boxes. The incoming and Outgoing mail server are the same for everyone as shown above. Your email address is your first name @roguevalleyyfc dot org without capitals (Robert yours is rob@ and Stuart yours is stu@) for the user name be sure to put the full address. Then enter your password that was mailed to your old address. When everything is filled out as shown above click on MORE SETTINGS not Next...

On the Outgoing Server Tab check the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and the "use same settings..." radio dial. Then click ok.

Now click Test Account Settings... button

If any of the above read "Failed" instead of "completed" something on the previous screen is amiss, so double check those settings. If everything reads completed as shown above click close to move on...

Now just click finish...

As you can see above there are two listings in there, that means outlook is going to check both addresses. You may want to now change the mail dot roguevalleyyfc dot org one to your default and delete the old one. But I would recommend not deleting your old one until you can let all your contacts know you've changed your email. You can now click finish and you should be good to go.
